Refund/Cancellation Policy

I try to be as accommodating as I can be with scheduling conflicts, and I do not require a rescheduling fee. However, because once a session is booked that date is no longer available to other clients, therefore all session deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, all I ask is that my clients communicate with me as early as possible so that I can honour the session and accommodate both their schedule and mine. If I have to cancel or reschedule your session, I will be happy to offer full refund if we cannot find a new date.
